General Terms and Conditions

Reservation and inquiries for services should be booked through our office GOLDEN KRIS TOURS in Bali. To ensure efficient handling of all reservation and inquiries, maximum details are necessary such as arrival and departure dates, flights, names and number of person, etc

CONFIRMATIONS
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible, principals will be informed of the booking status.

RATES
All rates are quoted NET (inclusive of 10% VAT) to Travel Agents in US Dollars at current rates of exchange.

CHILD POLICY
Children between 2 and 12 years old are granted a 50% discount on transfers, excursions, and package tours provided that they share room with two adults and not taking an extra bed. A 25% discount is granted if sharing room with 2 adults and taking an extra bed. Children requiring their own rooms or half twin bed are charged as adult.

FREE OF CHARGE ( F.O.C )
One F.O.C land arrangement will be granted for each group of 15 full paying person. The F.O.C accommodation is based on free bed (half twin) for a group of 15 full paying person. A maximum of one Twin Room is guaranteed to a group of 30 full paying members. Any additional F.O.C room is solely at discretion of the hotel management.

PAYMENT
1.Payment through our bank transfer
50% Down Payment (DP) upon service confirmation and 50% final settlement prepayment by bank transfer is required one month before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients. Our Bank details are as follows:

CANCELLATION
A cancellation fee to 25% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one week prior to clients arrival

NO SHOW
A No-Show charge of 75% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be levied if pax no show upon their confirmed arrival date

REFUND
No refund will be made for any unutilized land arrangement.

LIABILITY
GOLDEN KRIS TOURS acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators, and all local tourist industries providing the services. GOLDEN KRIS TOURS is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourist, including those occurs outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and public unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change with or without advance notice, before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the tourists' agreement to the above conditions
